Shipping & Store Pickup FAQ
Can I pick up my order in store?
(Please NOTE: Masks are required in store)
- YES! Please choose >Pick Up when you check out. You will still be required to put in your information. If you have a credit, special discount or would like to view your purchase before paying, the best option is to choose >Pay in Store when you check out. This way we can apply any discounts, credits or gift cards to your order manually and you will pay the updated amount via Credit, Debit or Cash once you arrive. This also gives you a change to view your purchase, and make any changes or additions in store before paying.
How much is shipping?
- We charge the lowest Canada Post rate base on your location. If you are in BC, or Alberta your shipping charge will be approx $12. The further your location, the more your charge up to approx $22. We don't charge based on weight or order total at this time. The shipping fee will be the lowest rate available, and we pay for the remainder of the shipping fee based on the weight of your parcel.
How long does shipping take?
- Once your payment is received, and we confirm all of your items are available your order should ship out within 3 business days. Shipping times are based on the Canada Post method you choose at checkout. A tracking number will be added to your order once it ships.
What about returns?
- Our policy is exchange or store credit with receipt, within 14 days. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us asap and we will do our best to make a resolution. If you need to ship a return back, shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
